It provides in-depth knowledge on legislative decree 81\/08 and on the duties of the RLS in representing workers\u2019 requests regarding health and safety issues.  <\/p>\n<h2>Fact sheet<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Course duration: 32 hours<\/li>\n<li>Frequency of <a href=\"https:\/\/gruppopls.com\/it\/servizi\/formazione-aziendale\/corso-aggiornamento-rls\/\">refresher<\/a> training: annual, the length varies:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Companies or production units with 0 \u2013 15 <a href=\"https:\/\/gruppopls.com\/it\/servizi\/formazione-aziendale\/corso-generale-sicurezza-lavoratori\/\">workers<\/a>: refresher training is optional<\/li>\n<li>15 \u2013 50 workers: 4 hours<\/li>\n<li>More than 50 workers: 8 hours<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Classroom\/e-learning: the course must be held in the classroom<\/li>\n<li>Certificate: at the end of the course and after passing the test, a certificate of attendance is issued<\/li>\n<li>Legal framework: The Consolidated Law on Health and Safety in the Workplace \u2013 Italian Legislative Decree 81\/08 \u2013 art. 37<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: the number or Workers\u2019 Safety Representatives in a company varies according to the number or workers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 RLS: up to 200 workers<\/li>\n<li>3 RLS: from 201 to 1000 workers<\/li>\n<li>6 RLS: more than 1000 workers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In order to address the subject matter adequately, the teachers involved have robust personal experience in the management of occupational safety issues, they usually also hold the position of RSPP.
