It illustrates the responsibilities associated with the role and explains how it is a de facto, not a formal role.<\/p>\n<p>Topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The principles that underpin the safety management system according to d.lgs. 81\/2008 81\/2008<\/li>\n<li>The role of safety officer<\/li>\n<li>The responsibilities of officers<\/li>\n<li>Surveillance duties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Fact sheet<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Course duration: 8 hours<\/li>\n<li>Refresher course: every five years of 6 hours; the <a href=\"https:\/\/gruppopls.com\/it\/servizi\/formazione-aziendale\/aggiornamento-quinquennale-lavoratori-sicurezza\/\">update<\/a> is unified for <a href=\"https:\/\/gruppopls.com\/it\/servizi\/formazione-aziendale\/corso-generale-sicurezza-lavoratori\/\">Workers<\/a>\/Supervisors\/<a href=\"https:\/\/gruppopls.com\/it\/servizi\/formazione-aziendale\/corso-dirigenti-sicurezza\/\">Managers<\/a> (i.e. to be taken only once)<\/li>\n<li>Classroom\/e-learning: training for safety officers can only be carried out through distance learning for the first 5 points of the programme described in the State\/Regions Agreement; training on the last 3 points of this programme must take place in person in the classroom (except where there are different regional regulations)<\/li>\n<li>Requirements: we recommend taking this course after having completed the General and the Specific modules<\/li>\n<li>Certificate: at the end of the course and after passing the test, a certificate of attendance is issued<\/li>\n<li>Legislative references: Consolidated Safety Act \u2013 Legislative Decree 81\/08 \u2013 art. 37; State-Regions Agreement of 21\/11\/2012<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The course teachers are all consultants who support companies in the management of workplace safety issues on a daily basis, across all sectors.
