It provides theoretical and practical knowledge to implement the Employers\u2019 directives on workplace <a href=\"https:\/\/gruppopls.com\/it\/servizi\/formazione-aziendale\/corso-rspp\/\">Health and Safety<\/a> in a proactive way.<\/p>\n<p>Topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The legislation: d.lgs. 81\/2008 and related regulations<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gruppopls.com\/it\/servizi\/formazione-aziendale\/corso-aspp\/\">Risk<\/a> assessment<\/li>\n<li>Health surveillance procedures and the role of the occupational physician<\/li>\n<li>The safety organisational chart: roles and penalties<\/li>\n<li>Company communication on matters relating to workplace safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Fact sheet<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Course duration: 16 hours<\/li>\n<li>Frequency of refresher training: every five years, 6 hours; refresher training is for Workers\/Supervisors\/Managers together (i.e., only once)<\/li>\n<li>Classroom\/e-learning: these training courses can be held in the classroom or entirely online, only the final test must be held in person<\/li>\n<li>Requirements: none<\/li>\n<li>Certificate: at the end of the course and after passing the test, a certificate of attendance is issued<\/li>\n<li>Legal framework: The Consolidated Law on Health and Safety in the Workplace \u2013 Italian Legislative Decree 81\/08 article 37; State-Regions Conference Agreement of 21\/11\/2012<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The course teachers are all consultants who support companies in the management of workplace safety issues on a daily basis, across all sectors.
