These are people involved in handling food products in various <a href=\"https:\/\/gruppopls.com\/it\/servizi\/formazione-aziendale\/corso-attrezzature-di-lavoro\/\">capacities<\/a> \u2013 e.g., staff in restaurants, bars, pharmacies, vending machine operators, street food sellers, bartenders.<\/p>\n<p>The fundamentals of the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) are explained.
