The course is for those who hold the role of Safety Officer. It illustrates the responsibilities associated with the role and explains how it is a de facto, not a formal role.

- Course duration: 8 hours
- Refresher course: every five years of 6 hours; the update is unified for Workers/Supervisors/Managers (i.e. to be taken only once)
- Classroom/e-learning: training for safety officers can only be carried out through distance learning for the first 5 points of the programme described in the State/Regions Agreement; training on the last 3 points of this programme must take place in person in the classroom (except where there are different regional regulations)
- Requirements: we recommend taking this course after having completed the General and the Specific modules
- Certificate: at the end of the course and after passing the test, a certificate of attendance is issued
