The course is for the company employees who hold the role of Safety Manager. It provides theoretical and practical knowledge to implement the Employers’ directives on workplace Health and Safety in a proactive way.

- The legislation: d.lgs. 81/2008 and related regulations
- Risk assessment
- Health surveillance procedures and the role of the occupational physician
- The safety organisational chart: roles and penalties
- Company communication on matters relating to workplace safety
Fact sheet
- Course duration: 16 hours
- Frequency of refresher training: every five years, 6 hours; refresher training is for Workers/Supervisors/Managers together (i.e., only once)
- Classroom/e-learning: these training courses can be held in the classroom or entirely online, only the final test must be held in person

- Certificate: at the end of the course and after passing the test, a certificate of attendance is issued

The course teachers are all consultants who support companies in the management of workplace safety issues on a daily basis, across all sectors. During the course they also receive technical support from sector professionals to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
