The course is designed for senior management and subordinates according to the definitions in Italian Legislative Decree 231/01. Instruction is provided in order to apply the legislation on company liability (d.lgs 231/01) and to implement a correct Organisation, Management and Control Model. The aim of this training course is to make sure that the workers who are on the receiving end of the Organisational Model understand how it is applied and the rules of conduct that are necessary in order to comply with the principles underpinning this law.
