Specific safety training module, pursuant to art. 37 of Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 and the State-Regions Conference Agreement of 21/12/2011
Course aims and focus areas
The specific training module for workers is designed for all workers in all sectors
Topics:
- Risk analysis associated with risk category in which the work activities fall: low, medium or high risk
- Prevention methods and the consequences of failure to protect
- Fact sheet
- Course duration: this depends on the risk category, as determined according to the “Ateco” reference sector (the Italian adaptation of the NACE system)
- 4 hours – specific module, Low Risk
- 8 hours – specific module, Medium Risk
- 4 hours – specific module, High Risk
- Refresher course: every five years of 6 hours; the update is unified for Workers/Supervisors/Managers (i.e. to be taken only once)
- Classroom/e-learning: only the Low-Risk module can be carried out by distance learning
- Requirements: we recommend taking the Specific course after having completed the General module
- Certificate: at the end of the course and after passing the test, a certificate of attendance is issued
