Course for work in confined spaces and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

The course is for anyone working in confined spaces or environments that are potentially polluted, including the employer when involved in the work activities. It provides solid theoretical and practical preparation, including an analysis of Italian Presidential Decree 177, procedures for identifying and managing risks and hazards, training in the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

- Course duration: 8 hours – the relative legislation does not provide an indication of the length, this is what we believe to be the minimum to acquire effective knowledge on the topic
- Frequency of refresher training: not regulated
- Classroom/e-learning: classroom training, practical training with equipment simulating confinement/contamination may be included in the course
- Requirements: the workers concerned must have already carried out high risk category training
- Certification: At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance will be issued with proof of learning if the following criteria are met
- attendance: at least 90% of the scheduled hours
- a learning test in the form of a multiple-choice questionnaire must be taken and the minimum score to pass is 70%
